Dosage:

Each tablet provides 250mg of elemental Calcium from a unique, New Zealand-sourced Calcium StimuCal™.

StimuCal™ provides naturally-sourced Hydroxyapatite (a calcium-rich mineral mix similar to human bone), that is easily absorbed by the body.

Plus Vitamin D3 (250 IU) and Vitamin K1 for extra support in absorbing and using the Calcium.

Also includes cofactors such as Magnesium, Manganese, Horsetail herb (Equisetum arvense), Zinc and Boron to support bone mineralisation.

Compounds in certain foods (including wheat bran, legumes, some leafy greens and almonds), protein, caffeine and sodium may impair Calcium absorption. Allow 1 hour between consuming these foods and taking a Calcium supplement.
