Harker Herbals Chest Clear 250ml is a mint herbal tonic for dry, tickly upper airways, with menthol and a blend of essential oils.

For adults and young people over 12 with a dry, tickly feeling in the throat or upper airways, this formula supports clear, settled airways and a more comfortable throat.

Key ingredients

Each 5ml dose contains menthol 8.15mg and licorice root 2.96mg, with peppermint, eucalyptus, cedarwood and pine bark essential oils at 0.0017ml each, plus other listed essential oils at the same amount.

How to use

Take 5–10 mL three to four times daily. Shake well; if possible, swill in your mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing. Take straight or add to 50 mL boiled water.
